This qualification qualifies a person as a specialist with thorough knowledge of specialized knowledge, including rice quality, taste evaluation, safety confirmation, and various laws and regulations related to rice production, distribution, sales, and labeling.
We conduct research every day to produce delicious rice.

This is rice that is grown without using pesticides or chemical fertilizers and has received organic JAS certification.
The rice we grow is ``Yumepirika'' and ``Hoshino Yume.''

Specially cultivated rice is rice produced in accordance with the "Labeling Guidelines for Specially Grown Agricultural Products" established by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries in 2001, and is produced using more than 50% less nitrogen from synthetic pesticides and chemical fertilizers than conventional levels. The rice varieties we grow are "Yumepirika" and "Nanatsuboshi," which are specially cultivated rice.
